Betsy Hernandez Welcomes You

Signing with integrity, one stamp @ a time

Hello, I’m a Texas Notary public who provides mobile services as well as remote online capability.

It has always been a passion of mine to help people, so when I was commissioned by the Secretary of State of Texas, I took an oath to serve as an impartial witness to signings of important documents for people, and verify the identity of the signer to ensure integrity of signature to eliminate fraud .

Verifications

Identity verification is the process of confirming that the person signing the document is who they say they are. The notary will typically ask the signer to provide identification, such as a driver's license or passport. The notary will then compare the information on the identification to the information on the document.

Signature verification is the process of confirming that the signature on the document is the signer's own signature. The notary will typically ask the signer to sign the document in their presence. The notary will then compare the signature on the document to the signature on the identification.
